Q: Do you purchase clubs from international customers?

We currently do not accept clubs from customers outside of the United States. With customs and duties it makes the process extremely difficult

Q: How and when do I get paid?

We strive to get you the customer paid as quickly as possible. We offer two payment types, Paypal and a certified check. If you choose Paypal you will receive credit the same day we receive your clubs otherwise a certified check will be sent out the same day. Orders over $500 will receive free overnight delivery of your check

Q: What does ProClubs.com do with the clubs they buy?

Over our more than 10 year run in the golf business we have developed a large domestic and international customer base that ranges from club junkies, tour players, caddies, pro shops, etc.

You the customer are responsible for shipping your club(s) to us. We recommend you use a carrier that offers insurance and
tracking as we will not be responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.
